The cutting line from LINCK company is the heart of our company.

Prior to the first processing, each log is optimally rotated so that any curvature is eliminated as much as possible. In order to achieve the maximum yield of the main lumber from logs.

Then the log undergoes processing in several steps.

Using so-called “spanner knives”, the wood mass is gradually removed so that the saw blades can cut directly the finished boards of the required dimensions.

The whole process is monitored and controlled from the control room using cameras and electronics.

Within the line, the main lumber can be cut not only by vertical but also by horizontal cuts.

The maximum cutting speed of our technology is 170LM (linear meters) of roundwood per minute.
