On two separate sorting and packaging lines from Springer company, the lumber is automatically divided into main and secondary.
After leaving the sawmill, the lumber is visually checked from both sides on the so-called upper and lower sorting and its quality is classified by trained personnel according to sorting criteria.
The quality and length of each board are checked. Afterwards, each board, according to quality and dimensions, is included in the appropriate box of the sorting line.
At the end of the line, lumber is shortened to the exact length and automatically strapped and interleaved into packets of the required parameters (number of boards in a row, number of rows and method of interleaving).
Within the line we can also automatically impregnate lumber against bluing and storage mold . For this we use a colorless impregnating agent of the Wolsin brand.
